Our mission is to bring glory to God and hope to the Bay. We are delighted to be able to serve our community in a range of ways.
Community Amenities
Free facilities available for your use!
Playground
Fully fenced playground accessible from the front carpark. It is adjacent to a covered deck and grassed area. You’re welcome to bring the kids to play!
Volleyball Court
Sand volleyball court with user-operated flood lights. It operates on a first-come basis. Occasionally play is not permitted due to prior facility bookings.
Facility Hire
We have a long history of making our facilities available to the community. If you’re part of our community booking a non-commercial event, we are pleased to offer a 15% discount. Charitable organisations hosting a free event of benefit to the general public can enquire for an up to 50% discount.

iCare
iCare Kids is a Christian based Afterschool Care Programme for primary school aged children. Run in a dedicated building at The Orchard Church, iCare is an intentional community that kids love coming to and get plenty out of. Kids not only have fun and feel safe, but have the opportunity to learn lots in a great social environment, free of devices.
Mainly Music
Mainly music is a programme of music and movement followed by a yummy morning tea for kids and adults. Your kids will love it and you’ll enjoy socialising with other parents and our friendly volunteers.
Mainly Music runs on Fridays at 10am during the school term. Please bring $2 per child up to a maximum of $5.
Rally Kids Quest
Kids Quest is a fortnightly Rally programme for primary to intermediate aged children. It is held on Tuesday fortnights from 6.15pm – 8.00pm during the school term with dinner provided. The ‘aims’ of the Rally movement are to develop children into worthy and useful citizens in the community, building into them physically, educationally and spiritually. Join us for an evening of fun and discovery at our next Kids Quest!
Kids Holiday Quest
Kids Quest explodes in the school holidays! It’s nothing short of Kids HQ at The Orchard Church! This is an action-packed week for primary and intermediate aged children in the first week of the second and third term school holidays. If your children enjoy Kids Quest, they will LOVE Kids Holiday Quest.
Youth Group
If you’ve got high school aged children, you need to bring them to The Orchard Youth! They meet Friday nights from 7 – 9:30pm during school terms and are a close community where everyone is welcome and known by name. There’s all sorts of activities, camps and mayhem, as well as Bible teaching and community time. They would love to connect with you and your kids!
Community Events
We run all sorts of community events from Quiz Nights to mens car, food and rugby nights, to Christmas & Easter services. Check out what’s happening on the events page – we would love to see you there!
