God created us with emotions but sometimes they can be a mystery to us or hinder us. Do you ever find yourself reacting, but you’re not sure why? Do you ever wonder where certain feelings are coming from? Would you like to be more emotionally resilient? This October, Richard Black, founder of Mind Health, will be walking us through how we can better understand ourselves and train emotions. Learn how to be more emotionally resourceful so your emotions support you rather than undermine you. Join us for this Mind Health seminar, Mind Over Mood, on October 19 to be the most emotionally healthy version of you.

Presented by Richard Black, founder of Mind Health:

Richard is a sought after counsellor, coach and communicator and has been involved in people work for over 25 years. He has the knack of communicating complex issues in a way that is practical and easy to understand. Through his counselling, training, and public speaking he helps people enhance their thinking, be proactive in relationships and thrive in life.

Details:

The seminar will run from 9am – 3pm on Saturday, October 19. Morning tea will be provided but please BYO lunch. There are some food shops in town to purchase from if required.

Cost:

This is a pay what you can event. We want everyone to have access to this material. Please don’t let cost be a barrier to coming! We have tickets ranging from $50pp to FREE – select what suits your situation.
