This month our church is focusing together on prayer! We believe that God works through prayer and that He has called us to be faithful in prayer. Our heart is to reach the world for God; we believe this begins in prayer.
This month we challenge you with three goals:
- Set yourself some stretching personal prayer goals
- Join our church-wide Sunday 9am prayer meeting (currently on Zoom)
- Complete the weekly prayer challenges issued each Monday in May
This week your prayer challenge is:
Send a text or email to our elders and pray for them
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godlinessand holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.
